Situation: ricardo Switzerland wanted to build up a larger fan base on and off-line. Kick-off was planned on the category “bikes” as of mai 2019 with various events across Switzerland.
Solution: We created a social listening concept in order to measure the social media performance and implemented it with the top tool “Digimind”. It allows measurement of brand sentiment, trend analyses, reputation management and creation of reports.
Result: With close to 100’000 followers on Facebook, and over 1’000 followers on Instagram ricardo.ch managed to build up a solid online community.
